We are looking for an enthusiastic part-time administrative employee to strengthen our team! In this challenging and versatile role you will be responsible for various administrative tasks and contribute to a smooth running business.
What are you going to do?
- Administration of landings
- Invoicing and purchasing
- Compiling and maintaining statistics
- Management and maintenance of the website and social media channels
- And various other challenging activities
What do we expect from you?
- MBO+ work and thinking level, preferably in an administrative direction
- Very good skills in Excel
- Experience with administrative work and invoicing
- Good command of the Dutch and English language
- Experience with social media and website management is a plus
- Ability to work accurately, in a structured manner and independently
- Proactive attitude and team spirit
- Being able to set priorities in a dynamic work environment
