ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Part-time/full-time, 24-36 hours per week

This position suits you if you are accurate, meticulous, proactive, stress resistant and a team player, but also able to work independently.

What are you going to do?

The activities consist of both financial and administrative tasks, under the direction of the financial employee.

You perform executive activities for the financial administration, including processing and paying incoming invoices and invoicing in the Cash accounting program.

You also create and maintain overviews and lists in Excel. This includes processing landings and creating and updating statistics. You are responsible for purchasing and managing (lease) contracts.

Working hours

Full-time working hours are 36 hours per week. Office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

With a part-time filling of this position, working hours and days are agreed upon in mutual consultation, but due to the occupation of the office, working on Wednesdays is in any case a must.

This is you

You have an MBO-4 working and thinking level in the financial-administrative direction and a passion for numbers and administration. You can handle deadlines and peak loads well and you don't mind if you have to work longer or if the working week sometimes goes slightly differently than planned.

Good oral and written skills, both in Dutch and English, are of great importance. Knowledge of Microsoft Office package is of course required, but you are above all an expert in working with Excel. If you have experience with the Cash accounting program, that is an advantage.
