Regular opening

Monday to Friday 07:00 - 22:00

Opening weekends and holidays (except Ascension Day)

Morning: 07:00 – 12:00

Afternoon/Evening: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Opening on Ascension Day

Opening hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Den Helder Airport also makes use of a military field, but is open to all civilian traffic during the above opening times.

Den Helder Airport is a PPR field, procedure:

ATC flight plan filing is mandatory. To request a PPR, please fill in the form by clicking on the blue bar below and send it to chcoperationsdhr@chcheli.com.

State PPR number under “remarks” in flight plan. Please submit PPR at least 24 hours in advance and for weekend flights, submit the PPR no later than Friday noon.
